A Louisiana Lineage
Bottled
Chef Jarred Zeringue’s family has lived, worked, and farmed in Louisiana’s River Parishes and nearby New Orleans since the early 1700s. That deep-rooted connection to South Louisiana lives on in the food he makes today: a reflection of the cultures, customs, and cooking traditions that shaped the region.
Circle Z Foods began with a single blend created to streamline prep in a bustling restaurant kitchen. From that first canister of seasoning, the line grew to include:
Circle Z Seasoning the foundational blend that started it all
Barbecue Rub smoky and balanced for grilling or smoking
Gravy & Stew Mix for deep, savory flavor with none of the guesswork
Filé Gumbo Mix a streamlined take on a Creole staple
Jambalaya Mix seasoned to perfection, ready to build on
All Around Fry Mix
crisp, golden, and built to hold up
Simple ingredients. No fillers. No preservatives. Just honest blends that work hard and taste right.

THE CHEF
Jarred I. Zeringue grew up in Louisiana’s River Parishes, where he learned to cook at home with family—developing a love for the region’s deeply rooted foodways. After Hurricane Katrina, he turned that passion into purpose, opening Eat New Orleans in the French Quarter. He went on to co-found Vacherie Restaurant and Bar at the St. Marie Hotel, and in 2016, became co-owner of Wayne Jacob’s Smokehouse in LaPlace—bringing his cooking back to where it all began.
Along the way, Chef Zeringue developed Circle Z as a way to deliver consistent, soulful flavor across busy kitchens. Today, that same intention powers every product in the Circle Z lineup—made to honor tradition, save time, and bring bold South Louisiana flavor to the table.
