Circle Z Glaze for Ham

Sweet and spicy with warm holiday spices, this glaze adds irresistible depth to your baked ham.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Circle Z Barbecue Rub

• 3 tbsp Steen’s Cane Syrup (optional)

• 1 tsp red pepper flakes

• 1 tsp ground mustard

• 1 tsp ginger

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• 1/4 tsp cloves

• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• 1/2 cup bourbon

• 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. Simmer until thickened.

3. Brush over ham before and during baking.
